My Introduction at Crossfit Bamberg – Foundations Class
We want to offer high quality training to lead our members to their goals. Therefore, we want to start with a basic and sensitive approach at the beginning. Our Foundations Class is a requirement for working out safely and efficiently. We teach you everything you need to know in small groups in a series of nine classes.
The goals of these classes are:
- Getting to know Crossfit Bamberg and its Coaches
- Learn the basic movements of Crossfit
- Squats
- Presses
- Power Movements
- Olympic Movements
- Gymnastics
- An Introduction to Crossfit.
- We’ll talk about the methodology, benchmark workouts, our logging software, chances and risks of Crossfit and our spirit.
- A look into different ways of nutrition for sports performance and a healthy life
