Back education
In our back education class, we want to prevent back pain by teaching the knowledge and the application of it. The key in preventing back pain is not about training the muscles in the back, but about a balance of muscles that have opposing functions. Many people have one-sided jobs and thus have weak and shortened muscles in some body parts. This creates an imbalance and a bad posture. Therefore, we need to strengthen weak muscles and lengthen short muscles. In short, this class focuses on the abs, the upper back, the glutes and the pelvic floor. The transversus abdominis muscle plays an especially important role. We don’t use situps and crunches, but static stabilization exercises and rotatory exercises.
Ein ausbalancierter Körper kennt keine Schmerzen!
