Yoga
A change between tension and relaxation is necessary for inner balance, health and performance. Thus, we offer Yoga as a counterpart for our high-intensity training. The goal is to dissolve physical and mental tension and to wake new energy potential. Aside from soft strengthening and better flexibility, Yoga is about a positive effect on the mind and soul. A harmonic feeling of relaxation will be the result of our Yoga class.
